Anxious thought can get you anytime, anywhere. It is enough to break your pace for that day. Sometimes the anxious thoughts are predictable but often are not. You need to be equipped with ways to deal with this anxious moment and save your day.
It is best to take out your anxious thought from your head and shift it to your body. You can then focus on five things you can see, four things you can hear, three things you can touch, two things you can smell and one thing you can taste. You can stop the worry some thoughts in your mind that is making you anxious, by doing this. You come back immediately to yourself and realize that you are in the present and the future you are worrying about did not happen yet. You can take three deep breathes, count to four as you inhale through your nose and six as you exhale through your mouth. You can then focus on your feet that are resting firmly on the ground and ask yourself, whether you are alright or not. That will do the trick.
